Shipping
Domestic Shipping varies per product.
I normally ship the item 3-5 days after your order is placed, this gives me time to make each item and package it carefully. Once shipped, please allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery via UPS.
Refunds
We guarantee our products. If not completely satisfied, return the merchandise in it's new and unused condition within 30 days. Your money, minus shipping and handling costs, will be returned. The customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling. Damaged items require all original packaging be kept in tact and notification to Plum Nellie Primitives must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
